I love personal training as it gives me the time to really focus on each individual. I will focus on the core and developing overall strength, which is fundamental to maintaining an active busy lifestyle, but will also look at healthy eating habits, monitoring your food diary and making suggestions so that you can develop an overall healthy lifestyle where you feel happy and confident in your body. It doesn’t have to cost a small fortune as I believe consistency is key to progress.
