Our classes range from, Lifting focused classes (weights/resistance training), Core, Conditioning and specialist classes such as Boxing, Muay Thai and Yoga. Across these classes you will be building strength, increasing stamina and endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility & mobility, but more importantly it will give you CONFIDENCE!

Shape & Tone Wednesday and Friday Morning 9:15
Ladies Muay Thai Wednesday 6:45pm
