Saadia Meyer from the Meyer Menopause Clinic in Weybridge offers advice, treatments and consultations for women going through perimenopause and menopause. Saadia attends our classes and is a great source of knowledge and inspiration.
It is an honour to be asked to be a Brand Ambassador for Revive, the Wellness and Recovery centre in Weybridge.
Training, reaching midlife, raising an 11yr old and also running Holly Bush Stables alongside the studio, I have found that I was neglecting myself. I ask a lot of my body, (my recovery seems to be slowing with age!) but I was finding that it was the emotional and mental strength that was harder to hang onto. And then I stumbled upon Revive! I was searching for Red Light therapies and on my doorstep was this amazing centre. GAME CHANGER! A like-minded brand that mirrored exactly my beliefs in healing from the inside out. Not only have I found somewhere that heals my body, but my mind and mental well-being too. And also pushes me out of my comfort zone, I never knew I would ‘like’ being in -110 for pleasure.
