I am a qualified trainer with a background in ETM and I am also a Schwinn qualified indoor cycling instructor.

My previous job was Crew for British Airways but I now teach full time having left the airline after my daughter was born.

I teach studio-based classes including Circuits and HiiT, with a focus on Bodypump and strength training.

I absolutely love cycling and I am passionate about making indoor cycling an intense yet fun workout experience.

I focus on cycling-based technique classes, so I am true to the format but, I’ve got ahead for a tune and I love music. I pride myself on creating playlists to keep your feet turning and hopefully for you to enjoy!

Exercise has such amazing benefits. A genuine satisfaction for me is helping clients learn new ways to train that are inspiring, fun and that ultimately will have a  really positive result on the body and the mind. I want you to feel the best you can so that means understanding how to move your body, fuel your body and challenge you to progress and meet your potential.

I am a mum of 3 and I appreciate just how hard it can be to fit regular exercise into everyday life, so I will get you working hard and feeling great and with my motivation will help you realize you are stronger than you believe and capable of more than you thought possible.
