The foundation of your fitness routine should be stability and balance training in order to activate and strengthen the core and the many stabilising muscles, improve coordination and decrease the risk of injury.

Our 45 minute sessions will incorporate the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance and will be a very important addition to your fitness regime.
